Kya aap logon ko pata hai unka track record kaisa hai compared to other builders in the area? Is it worth investing in their under-construction projects, or should I stick to ready-to-move properties? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding expected returns. What kind of appreciation can I realistically expect in Bajidpur over the next 5 years? Has anyone experienced any significant price appreciation in that area recently?
