Noida investment: Naya Gaon or Bamatech? Help!

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about Naya Gaon for long-term appreciation? Is it a good area? Also, has anyone invested with Bamatech Realtors & Developers? Their projects look good, but mujhe advice chahiye. What's your experience? Which one is better for ROI? Under-construction or ready-to-move in Naya Gaon? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about future development plans there? Any suggestions would be helpful!
