Noida investment: Novel Group or Sector 112?

I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about year-on-year growth? Is Sector 112 a good area for appreciation? Has anyone experienced construction delays with Novel Group? Which one is better for long-term ROI? Any suggestions? I'm not sure if it's the right time. What's your take?
