I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. What do you think about the year-on-year growth trends? Has anyone seen good appreciation in Sector 134 recently? I'm also considering Novel Group projects. What's your take on their construction quality and timely delivery? Which one is better for long-term investment, considering future development plans?
