Noida investment: One thing I wish I knew earlier

Sector 150 mein Omaxe ka project dekh raha hu. Under-construction hai, and honestly, I'm a bit scared after hearing so many horror stories about delayed possession. Is it worth the risk for a slightly lower price? Or should I just stick to ready-to-move options even if EMIs are higher? My parents keep saying 'ghar toh ready hona chahiye'. Also, rental yield ka kya scene hai? Advertised figures sach hote hai kya? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Koi help karo.
