Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest back home. Sector 155, Noida seems good, but the luxury segment feels overpriced. What do you think? Victory Infra projects have some tempting offers, but are they genuinely worth it? I can't visit for site inspection anytime soon. I'll need a property manager, matlab rental yield matters a lot. Is the luxury segment just rightly priced, or am I missing something? Also, is the resale market healthy right now, or is selling difficult later on? Has anyone faced issues with rental yields being lower than advertised? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

I invested in a commercial property instead of residential. Rental yields are much better, but it's a different ball game. More risk involved.
Another thing to consider: GST and registration charges. They add a significant amount to the overall cost. Factor that in your calculations.
Yaar, Noida mein property lena is always a gamble. Some win, some lose. Do your research, be patient, and don't get swayed by marketing hype.
If you are looking for rental income, try Gaur City. Still affordable and good rental demand. Sector 155 is good for capital appreciation in long term.
