Noida investment: Peaked or still worth it?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think, has Noida peaked or is it still a good investment in 2024-25? I'm also confused about ready-to-move vs under-construction. Has anyone experienced RERA issues with under-construction projects lately? Heard some horror stories. Which one is better, really? Also, between Noida and Greater Noida, where does your money grow faster? Sector 56 looks promising, but kya kisi ko pata hai about K V Developers' projects there? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar. Is it worth investing now, or wait for a market correction? What's your take?
