Noida investment: Pks Buildmart or other options?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about Pks Buildmart in Sector 49? Kya ROI achha milega? I'm also looking at rental yield potential. Has anyone invested there? Which one is better for long-term gains? Mujhe advice chahiye. Any suggestions?
