Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about Proplarity Group? Sector 81 mein unke projects kaise hain? Is it worth investing now or wait karna chahiye? Year-on-year growth Noida mein kaisi hai? Mujhe long-term investment karna hai, so what are the risks? Kya rental yield achha milega? Which one is better, under-construction or ready-to-move? Any advice? Pls guide. Thanks!

Bhai, this builder ka track record is not that great. Look at other options as well. There are many reputed builders in Noida.
