Sarfabad might be a little less developed, but the prices are lower. RBS Buildtech... depends on the project. Which one are you looking at?
RBS Buildtech ka reputation toh mixed hai. Some projects are good, some have delays. Do your due diligence.
I invested in Sarfabad a few years back. Good appreciation so far, but infrastructure is still developing. Patience is key.
