Noida investment: RBS Buildtech or Sarfabad area?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What's your take on RBS Buildtech Pvt Ltd projects? Are they worth it? Or should I focus on buying property in Sarfabad? Kya return milega? Which one is better for long-term gains? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone invested there?
