Noida investment: Ready-to-move or under construction?

I'm confused! Ready-to-move seems safer, but under construction offers better pricing. Has anyone invested in Alpha Corp projects recently? Sector 47 mein kya scene hai? Should I consider the rental yield difference? Which one is a better ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar! What do you think?
