Noida investment: Ready-to-move or under construction?

So, I'm finally looking to buy my first property in Noida. My parents keep saying 'ready-to-move' is safer, but under-construction projects are cheaper, right? I've been eyeing JSS BUILDCON PVT LTD projects. Kya aap logon ko pata hai unka track record kaisa hai? Which one is better long term, honestly? Also, I've been considering Goyal Colony, seems decent. Has anyone experienced delays with under-construction projects lately? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth the risk for the lower price, or should I just stick with ready-to-move? What's your take on this, guys? I'm so confused, yaar!
