Noida investment: Ready-to-move or under construction?

Guys, I'm so fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge in Noida. But confused. Ready-to-move seems safer, but under-construction is cheaper. Has anyone experienced delays with Arihant Group projects lately? Sector 20 seems good, but is it overpriced? What do you think about rental yields in Noida right now? Also, is it worth the risk, or should I stick to renting? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar!
