Guys, I'm confused. Should I go for ready-to-move or under-construction property in Noida? I've heard stories about DPL Builders, but kya scene hai? Is it worth the risk for potentially lower prices? Sector 38 mein rates sahi hain? Also, rent vs buy, which makes more sense financially right now? I'm torn. Any advice or experiences you can share? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Has anyone experienced delays with under-construction projects?
