Okay, I'll say it: under-construction projects are risky, especially after Shubhkamna Buildtech's delays. Ready-to-move is safer, right? EMI vs rent also depends. Sector 149 mein, rent seems better initially. But does buying eventually make more sense? What do you think about rental yields in Noida? Honestly, I'm confused. Kya karun? Please advice chahiye yaar. Change my mind!
