Okay, I'll say it: Everyone glorifies ready-to-move flats, but under-construction property in Noida can be a smart move. Change my mind! Just got possession in Sector 159 from Shubhkamna Buildtech, and honestly, the price difference was HUGE. But now I'm worried about resale value later. What do you think? Has anyone experienced better ROI with under-construction vs ready-to-move? Also, what's the deal with construction-linked payment plans? Are they really a trap? I'm thinking of investing again. Should I stick with residential or try commercial? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar! What's your take? Sahi rahega kya? Any suggestions?
