Noida investment: Ready to move or under construction, kya karein?

I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Ready-to-move flats are pricier, but under-construction projects by MMR Group scare me after hearing so many stories. Is Goyal Colony a good area for investment? Has anyone faced issues with delayed possessions lately? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. What do you think?
