Noida investment: Ready-to-move or under-construction, what's better?

Hey guys, I'm looking at Noida real estate. Is ready-to-move really worth the premium now? Or is under-construction still a calculated risk? I've heard mixed reviews. Also, what's your take on Lavish Buildmart Pvt Ltd projects? Sector 21 mein kisi ne invest kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye!
