Noida investment: Ready-to-move or Under-construction, what's better?

Has anyone experienced delays with ATA Investor Home Pvt. Ltd. projects? I'm thinking ready-to-move is safer now. Under-construction seems risky. What do you think? Also, is Sector 20 still a good investment area? I've heard mixed reviews. Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better for ROI?
