Been working in real estate, still can't decide rent vs buy in Noida. EMI is killer! Sector 93A looks good, but property prices high. Kya kisi ko pata hai rental yields actually kitni milti hai? Should I just keep renting? Shubhkamna Advert Pvt Ltd projects kaise hain?
