Noida Investment: Rent vs EMI math isn't adding up

I'm looking at Sector 119, Noida. Rent and EMI are almost the same! Aadhaar Shri Infratech is offering decent apartments, but the interest rates are killing me. Matlab, is it even worth buying? My parents keep saying 'own a home', but financially... honestly not sure. What's your take? Is anyone finding rent better than EMIs?
