Noida investment - resale market healthy hai?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm based in Dubai and finding it tough to gauge the resale market in Noida. Planning to invest in a 2BHK near Sector 49. Can't visit myself right now. Sunworld Developers ka koi project dekh raha tha. Is it difficult to sell later if needed? Rental yield kya mil jaati hai realistically? Need property manager recommendations too, if anyone has good experience. Investment sahi rahega ya abhi wait karna chahiye? Has anyone else faced this?
