Noida investment - resale property vs. new projects?

Been thinking of investing in Noida, kids have moved out toh ab itna bada ghar bech ke chota flat lena hai. New projects are tempting, but everyone glorifies them. Resale mein you know what you're getting. ASK Developers ka ek project dekha Salarpur Khadar mein, OC mil gaya hai. Is it worth paying extra for peace of mind? Or should I risk under-construction for lower price? Change my mind.
