Noida investment: Safe to buy now or wait?

Guys, I'm thinking of buying my first property in Noida. Sector 1 looks good, but prices seem high. Is it a good time to invest, or should I wait for a correction? My parents keep saying 'wait', but I don't want to miss out. What do you think? Also, I'm confused about under-construction vs ready-to-move. ATS Infrastructure has some good projects. Any advice? Investment safe hai?
