Noida investment sahi hai? Sector 99 vs Greater Noida?

Guys, I'm confused. Noida mein invest karna worth it hai abhi? My parents are saying Greater Noida is better ROI-wise. I'm looking at Sector 99, near Metropark. Also, under-construction vs ready-to-move? Has anyone had good experiences with ready-to-move flats? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. What do you think?
