Noida investment: Salarpur Khadar sahi hai?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and planning to invest in Noida. Can't visit easily, so need your advice. Is Salarpur Khadar a good option for rental yield? I'm looking at 2BHK flats. Also, Bhutani Infra ke projects kaise hain? Has anyone invested with them? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it better to buy ready-to-move or under construction? Will need a property manager, any recommendations? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
