Sector 102 mein Selectra Developers ka project dekh raha hun. Has anyone invested there? Under-construction hai. Risk zyada toh nahi? Kya ROI sahi rahega? Mujhe advice chahiye, bhai.

Around 6500/sqft bata rahe hai. But location decent lag rahi hai, near expressway hai.
6500? Sector 150 mein better options mil jayenge with reputed builders. Thoda aur research kar lo.
Expressway ke paas hona is good for connectivity, but traffic bhi toh dekho! Dilli jana is a pain during peak hours.
