Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida. Kids' school admission is getting tougher, so need a bigger space. My wife wants a safe society, good for kids. I've been considering Sector 110, sounds decent. Has anyone here invested there? What's the real story? Also, what about under-construction vs ready-to-move? I'm scared of RERA horror stories, yaar! Himalaya Corporation Limited has some projects there. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about them? Which one is better for appreciation in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. Rent vs buy, sahi hai kya? What do you think?

My suggestion: visit the sites, talk to the residents, and then decide. Don't rely solely on online reviews.
Check the builder's approvals from Noida Authority. That's very important.
So, what did you decide? Sector 110 or somewhere else?
Noida is a good investment in the long run. But do your research properly before investing. All the best!
New metro line is coming up. That will definitely boost property prices in the long run. Keep that in mind.
Be careful with under-construction properties. Check the builder's track record and the project's RERA registration.
Sector 110 is strategically located, but traffic can be a problem during peak hours. Keep that in mind as well.
I bought in Sector 78 three years ago. It was a good decision. Schools are nearby, markets are accessible, and it's relatively peaceful.
RERA registration number definitely check karna. And visit the site multiple times before booking. I learned it the hard way.
What's your budget? That's the most important thing. Noida Extension mein bhi options hai agar budget kam hai.
Sector 110 is good for investment, but for living with kids, I'd prefer Sector 75 or 76. My personal opinion, though.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Sector 110 mein Himalaya project se? Please share your experience.
U18, I think their projects are still under construction. Check their website or visit the site.
U18, I haven't heard of anyone getting possession yet. That's why I'm skeptical.
Don't just focus on Sector 110. Explore Sector 143B also. Some good societies are coming up there and the prices are competitive. Metro connectivity bhi hai.
Mujhe toh Sector 150 pasand hai. Lots of green space and it's relatively less crowded. But it's farther from Delhi.
Rent vs Buy? If you can afford it, always buy. Rental rates are crazy these days. Plus, you're building an asset.
Himalaya ka toh mujhe bhi doubt hai. New player lag rahe hai. Check their financial stability properly.
Under construction is risky, definitely! I lost a lot of money in Jaypee's project. Ready-to-move le lo, peace of mind rahega. Rent vs buy depends on your budget and how long you plan to stay.
Same here, U3. Jaypee ne rulaya. Now I only trust ready-to-move. RERA ke baad bhi builders are delaying projects.
U3, which project of Jaypee are you talking about? I have invested in Wish Town. Abhi tak possession nahi mila.
Himalaya Corporation Limited? Never heard of them. Invest wisely. Check their past projects, any legal issues, etc. Don't just go by their marketing.
Bhai, Sector 110 mein rate kya chal raha hai? I'm also looking for a 3BHK.
U8 is right. Sector 110 is still relatively affordable compared to 75/76. But consider the resale value also.
U7, depends on the project, but expect around 6500-7500 per sqft. Negotiate hard!
Sector 110 is okay, but honestly, for kids, Sector 75/76 are better. Greenery zyada hai and connectivity bhi achi hai. Himalaya ka naam suna hai, but haven't invested. RERA is your friend, bhai! Check their registration before anything.
Agree with U1. Sector 75 and 76 are more family-oriented. Sector 110 is still developing, thoda dust and construction noise hai.
