Noida investment: Sector 112 vs Paramount Propbuild?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate and I'm a bit confused. I've been considering Sector 112, but not sure about the future development plans there. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about upcoming infrastructure? Also, I've seen some projects by Paramount Propbuild Pvt Ltd. Has anyone experienced their construction quality or after-sales service? Which one is better for long-term ROI, Sector 112 or investing in a Paramount Propbuild project? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy?
