Noida investment: Sector 150 or Garhi Chaukhandi better?

Okay I'll be honest – I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at Noida, specifically Sector 150 vs Garhi Chaukhandi. Kya kisi ko pata hai which area has better ROI long-term? Also, under-construction projects are risky, right? Thinking of Nehra Infra Homes. Any experiences?
