Noida investment: Sector 152 sahi hai ya hype?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Wife wants a bigger place, 3BHK at least, near a good school for the kids. Sector 152 looks promising, near JSS BUILDCON PVT LTD projects. But is it all just hype? Kya scene hai wahan ka, actually? Ready-to-move flats are preferred, RERA horror stories se dar lagta hai. Under-construction project mein risk hai na? Also, is it better to buy now or wait for prices to drop? Everyone says Jewar airport will boost prices, but kab tak? Koi batao yaar! Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
