I'm thinking of investing in Sector 167, Noida. AMBR Construction Pvt Ltd ke projects kaise hain? Wife wants a good society for the kids. Safe bhi hona chahiye. 3BHK dekh raha hu. Is it a good time to buy or wait? Any opinions? Kya rate badhenge?

One thing to consider: the FNG Expressway passes near Sector 167. This can be both a pro (connectivity) and a con (noise/pollution).
Rate badhne ka toh chance hai, especially with the new Jewar airport coming up. But 167... think hard.
What is the price they are quoting per sq ft? Compare with other projects in the same sector.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Sector 167 mein, from any builder? Anyone actually living there?
Check online reviews also. Propmyna pe bhi logon ne kuch likha hoga about Ambr.
So, what's the update? Did you decide to go ahead with Sector 167 or are you exploring other options?
Personally, I think Sector 150 is a better investment. More greenery, better planned. But it depends on your budget.
Ambr... pata nahi yaar. I'd be cautious. Dekh lo, lekin thoroughly research kar lo before investing.
Don't rush into anything. Take your time, visit multiple projects, talk to current residents. It's a big decision.
Before booking, get the super area and carpet area clearly defined in the agreement. Builders often cheat on this.

My cousin bought in an Ambr project in Greater Noida West. He's happy with the construction quality, but the amenities are not fully functional yet.
Safe society ke liye, check the security measures properly. CCTV cameras, gated community, security guards. Don't just believe what the sales guy says.

Sector 167 is far from the metro. Think about connectivity if you're going to be commuting to Delhi regularly.
