I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Sector 29 is prime, but expensive. New sectors offer better ROI, maybe? Sunworld Developers ka project dekh raha hu. But under-construction hai, risk hai thoda. What do you think? Has anyone experienced price appreciation in new sectors? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite and investment horizon. Sector 29 is safer, new sectors are riskier but potentially more rewarding.
Which floor are you looking at? Corner unit hai toh premium lagega.
Be careful - some builders are offering attractive rates but amenities are incomplete. Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake.
Also consider the new metro line extension. Sectors along the new line will see more appreciation.
I think Noida Extension is a good option too. Slightly cheaper than Noida, but good connectivity.
New sectors mein risk hai but reward bhi zyada hai. High risk, high reward ka scene hai.
Don't just look at ROI. Check the social infrastructure. Schools, hospitals, markets... Sector 29 has all that. New sectors are still developing.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Two years ago it was around 4.5k. Appreciation toh hua hai.

Even with RERA, delays toh hote hi hain. My friend bought in Paras Seasons, Sector 168. Possession delayed by 2 years.
I bought in Sector 78 three years ago. Price has almost doubled. Infrastructure is improving slowly but steadily. I think new sectors have potential.
Sector 29 is for end-use, not investment, unless you're swimming in cash. Rent bhi zyada nahi milta.

ATS is generally reliable. But 93A is a bit far from the metro. Connectivity is a concern.
Sector 29 is gold, no doubt. But new sectors like 150 are tempting. Sunworld... hmm, mixed reviews suna hai. Price appreciation toh Sector 150 mein definitely hua hai, but delivery ka issue rehta hai.
