Noida investment: Sector 32 or Pride Group projects?

Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I'm torn between investing in Sector 32 and considering projects by Pride Group. What do you think about Sector 32's rental yield potential? Kya kisi ko pata hai ki Pride Group ke projects ka ROI kaisa hai? I'm also wondering about the appreciation potential in both areas. Which one is better for long-term gains? Has anyone experienced construction delays with Pride Group projects? Mujhe advice chahiye about the best time to buy in Noida. Is now a good time, or should I wait for a price correction? Any suggestions?
