Noida investment: Sector 33 vs Greater Noida West?

I'm confused abhi. My parents keep saying Sector 33 is prime, but the sqft rate is crazy high. Greater Noida West mein I can get a bigger 2BHK for the same EMI. Honestly not sure if the appreciation in 33 will be worth the smaller space. Or should I just rent near my office? Which one would you pick if you were in my position? Kya karna chahiye? What does the community think?
