Guys, I'm looking to buy my first property in Noida. So confused! My parents keep saying 'buy, don't rent', but honestly, EMI seems scary. I've been considering Sector 38, since it's kinda central, right? But then Noida Extension is cheaper. Which one is better for appreciation, yaar? Has anyone invested in Parit Associates projects? Are they legit? Also, under-construction vs ready-to-move... what's your take? I'm a bit worried about construction delays after hearing so many horror stories. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one is safer? Mujhe advice chahiye! My budget is around 80L. What do you think?
