Hey, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the year-on-year growth in Sector 45? I'm considering buying there. Also, what's the expected appreciation like? Is it worth investing now, or should I wait for a better time to buy? I've also heard about Gayatri Developwell Pvt. Ltd. Has anyone experienced their projects? Which one is better for investment, Sector 45 or a property by Gayatri Developwell? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether to go for under-construction or ready-to-move properties. What do you think?
