Hey guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate. What do you think about Sector 62A for investment? Is it a good location for long-term appreciation? Has anyone invested there recently? Also, what's your take on Maxblis Construction Pvt. Ltd? Are they reliable? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding under-construction vs ready-to-move properties. Which one is better for ROI in Noida right now?
