Sector 78 is good, but depends on your budget. Sector 150 is also developing rapidly. Gayatri Developwell... I've heard mixed reviews, do your due diligence.
Rental yield ke liye, I'd suggest looking at sectors closer to metro stations. Sector 78 is decent, but connectivity is still developing in some pockets.
