Are current Noida property prices truly reflecting the full impact of upcoming infrastructure, or is there still significant upside? From my experience tracking the market, I'm looking at fresh investments, specifically around Sectors 150 and 107, and also Yamuna Expressway. With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway progressing, I've seen appreciation, but I'm not sure if the market has peaked or if there's another growth phase coming.
