I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Sector 50 looks promising. What's your take on Shivi Developers? Are they reliable? Or are there better builders for long-term appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

What about Amrapali? Are they completely out of the picture?
Amrapali is a big no-no. Too much baggage.

80 lakhs mein you can find good properties in Sector 50 and nearby areas. Check out resale options too.

Sector 50 is good! Shivi Developers... heard mixed reviews. Kuch projects time pe deliver hue, kuch delayed. Do your research thoroughly.
I agree with U2. Check their RERA registration and past project completion rates. Also, look at customer reviews online.
Long-term appreciation ke liye, maybe check out Godrej or ATS also. They have a good reputation.
