Noida investment: Sikka Group or other builders?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy now, ya wait karna chahiye? I'm looking at property in Sector 62A. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Sikka Group? How's their track record compared to other builders in the area? Mujhe advice chahiye about expected returns. Short-term gains are more important for me right now. Also, what are the risks I should be aware of? Any experiences with construction delays or legal issues? Has anyone invested in Sikka's projects? Which one would you recommend? What's your take?
