Noida investment: Silver Porch or wait?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What's your take on Silver Porch Developers Pvt Ltd? Sector 21 mein property rates are going up, right? Is it a good time to buy now, ya wait for a price correction? Also, what about rental yield potential in that area? Mujhe advice chahiye, is it better to invest in under-construction or ready-to-move properties? Has anyone experienced any issues with Silver Porch? What do you think?
