Noida investment: SS Group or other builders?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I've been considering Sector 36. What's your take on the current market conditions? Buyer's or seller's market? Also, any thoughts on SS Group as a builder? Kya kisi ne experience kiya hai their projects? I'm also curious about expected returns in the short term vs. long term. Which one is better for ROI? Also, mujhe advice chahiye regarding under-construction vs ready-to-move properties. Which one would you recommend considering the risks and potential gains? Has anyone here invested in plots? Is it worth it compared to apartments? What do you think?
