Noida investment: Still worth it in 2024-25?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. But is it still a good idea now? Property prices have gone up so much! Is it worth buying now or should I wait for a correction? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about B.L.Gupta Construction (P) Ltd. projects? Also, which sector is better for investment right now, like around NH-24? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think? Anyone has experience buying recently? Thanks!
