Noida Investment: Swaraj Homes or Other Options?

I'm looking to invest in Noida, and I've been considering Swaraj Homes Builders & Developer. Has anyone had experience with them? What's your take on their projects, especially regarding ROI? Also, I'm wondering about the best areas for investment right now. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which areas are showing good year-on-year growth? I've heard Khairpur Gurjar (Village) is up-and-coming, but not sure if it's a good bet. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy, or should I wait for a price correction? Mujhe advice chahiye! Thanks!
