Noida investment: Swaraj Homes or wait?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy, or should I wait for a price correction? I'm looking at properties in Sector 49. What's the rental yield potential like there? I've heard Swaraj Homes Builders & Developer have some good projects. Has anyone experienced their construction quality or after-sales service? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether to go for an under-construction or a ready-to-move property. Which one is better for ROI in the long run? Also, what about the future development plans in Noida? Will the metro expansion impact property prices positively? TIA!
