Noida investment: Swaraj Homes sahi hai?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. I can't visit often, so it's tough. I was thinking about Swaraj Homes in Sector 62A. Has anyone invested with them? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their projects? I'm mainly looking at rental income, so which is better – 2BHK or 3BHK? Also, under-construction vs ready-to-move, what do you think? After all the RERA stories, I'm a bit scared. Mujhe advice chahiye. Will need a property manager, so any recommendations there too? It's a headache from abroad, yaar.
