Noida investment: Too late to buy, ya should I wait?

I'm thinking of buying near Sector 168. Amaroo Group ke projects kaise hain? Heard Jewar Airport is pushing prices up. Is it too late to invest now, or will prices keep rising? Should I consider under-construction or ready-to-move? What do you guys think? I'm so confused, yaar!
