Noida Investment: True Vision or Sarfabad? Help!

I'm considering investing in Noida. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a good time to buy now, or should I wait? I'm looking at True Vision Realtors Pvt Ltd projects. Has anyone invested with them? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their ROI? Also, between Sarfabad and other areas, which one is better for long-term appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye!
